STEP 2: ONLINE REGISTRATION

Friday 5^th December 2025 – Thursday 15^th January 2026: Online Admission Registration Form to be filled in

Documents required for verification [for all applicants] are:

1. Original birth certificate of the candidate (not a recent one) with photocopy.
2. Original B-form issued by NADRA / Nadra Birth Registration / NICOP, with photocopy of the candidate.
3. Recent passport-size photograph of the candidate (2 copies) – with the candidate’s name clearly written on the back.
4. Original CNIC/NICOP and photocopy of both parents.
5. If applicable, we request ex-KGS parents to bring evidence of their Grammarian past and/or details of any of the children with KGS links, in addition to the documents above.
6. A recent family photograph of parents with the child & siblings taken in December 2025 or January 2026.
7. Payment evidence of application processing fee.

STEP 3: DATE & TIME FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Thursday 5^th February 2026: A date and time will be posted on the website against the form number for verification of documents to be done in school.

Monday 9^th February to Saturday 14^th February 2026: Verification of documents is to be done in person by both parents / guardians /as a single parent on the specified date.

The date for your interview and child’s assessment will be given to you once your documents are verified.

STEP 4:

Interview & Assessment starting from 25^th February, 2026.

STEP 5: Results

Results will be posted on the website using the form numbers.
